The low-budget thriller has overtaken “Dune 2” in South Korea

The film “Dune: Part Two” needs to make more than $500 million
Co-produced and co-financed by Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment, the sequel cost $190 million to produce and another $100 million or so to promote and advertise in various markets. Justifying such high prices requires good box office stamina and worldwide box office receipts in excess of $500 million.
